Operations Manager

Focused on supporting the day-to-day operations of the Core Group network, ensuring systems, processes and team coordination continue running smoothly across every office. The role helps create structure, consistency and support across the group while assisting teams behind the scenes.

People & Culture

Focused on team development, workplace culture and creating an environment where people feel supported, recognised and motivated to grow. From celebrating long term achievements to strengthening team culture across every office, the role plays a key part in shaping the people-first environment behind Core Group.

Marketing

Drives the digital presence, branding and content strategy across the Core Group network from property campaigns and auction marketing to social media, culture content and brand growth. Focused on creating modern, engaging and high-performing marketing, the role helps strengthen the visibility and identity of each office within their local communities.
